BofA Global Research: It's time to buy medium-term Japanese government bonds on dips

three members of the Bank of America Global Research said in a report that it is time to buy medium-term Japanese government bonds while prices are falling. Participants in the bond market apparently believe that the Bank of Japan may not raise interest rates until October 2025 at the earliest. Bank of Japan Governor Haruhiko Kuroda continues to emphasize the high uncertainty of the Trump administration's tariff policy. In addition, there was no agreement reached at the Japan-US summit. Therefore, it may take some time for the market to start digesting the Bank of Japan's next interest rate hike.
