according to the official announcement, the UK Bitcoin Treasury Company The Smarter Web Company has announced the terms of a subscription agreement on September 4, 2025, to issue 1,337,000 common shares. The total proceeds from this subscription of shares will be £1,185,771.81 (before deducting expenses), equivalent to approximately £0.89 per share, with the company expected to receive approximately 97% of the proceeds as settlement at the beginning of this week. The balance of common shares not yet issued under the subscription agreement is 13,878,000 shares.
