Ripple Files New Letter in Ongoing Litigation with SEC in Support of Motion for Indicative Ruling in SEC Litigation

 Ripple Labs has submitted a supplemental letter in support of its motion for a declaratory judgment in the lawsuit with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). In the letter to U.S. District Judge Analisa Torres, Ripple further explains why the judge should approve the request for a declaratory judgment from both parties. This latest submission of the letter comes less than a week after the SEC and Ripple resubmitted their motion seeking declaratory judgment from Judge Torres.
