Nomura subsidiary Laser Digital receives Dubai's first cryptocurrency over-the-counter options license

Laser Digital, a cryptocurrency trading subsidiary of Japan's Nomura Bank, has obtained the first over-the-counter (OTC) cryptocurrency options limited license under the Dubai Virtual Assets Regulatory Authority (VARA) pilot framework. With this license, Laser Digital will become the first institution under VARA regulation to provide over-the-counter cryptocurrency options services directly to customers.
