 according to NLNico, the board of directors of the Swedish company H100 Group AB announced on July 21, 2025 that it had completed a private placement of shares, issuing up to 1,523,089 new shares to qualified investors at a subscription price of 9.30 Swedish Krona per share, raising approximately 14.1 million Swedish Krona (about 1.3 million US dollars) in funds. The company stated that the net proceeds will be used to advance investment opportunities within its Bitcoin treasury strategic framework.
