Funding fees paid monthly by long positions in Bitcoin perpetual contracts have decreased by approximately 62%.


Glassnode said: "In the Bitcoin perpetual contract, the funding costs paid by the long side have decreased by about 62% per month, from $338 million per month in mid-August to the current $127 million per month. This highlights a clear macro downward trend in speculative demand, as traders are increasingly unwilling to pay interest to maintain long positions."
