EU officials: The 15% tariff imposed by the United States on the EU is an all-inclusive tariff

EU officials said on Tuesday that the 15% tariff faced by EU goods entering the United States is all-inclusive, including the most favored nation tariff rate, which is different from some other countries that have agreements with the United States. The official stated that the 15% tariff applies to all goods except for steel and aluminum. Currently, drugs and semiconductors have zero tariffs, but if these goods are increased due to the US 232 investigation, the tariffs will also not exceed 15%. This 15% cap also applies to cars and car parts. There are no quotas or restrictions on cars and car parts.
